This is our second time working with Geoffrey and both experiences have been wonderful. He helped us buy our first home 5 years ago. When my husband I decided it was time to buy a bigger home, we knew had to reach out to Geoffrey again. Selling and buying a new home at the same time can be tricky but he guided us every step of the way. Geoffrey was always a text/phone call away, quick response time, kept us informed every step of the way and advocated for us when necessary. What could have been stressful, he made it as smooth as possible- especially moving with a toddler. Even after everything was finalized, he continued to check in on us.
