Brenda Duarte is a licensed Realtor Associate and the newest addition to the Genid Group Team.

Originally from Brazil, Brenda moved to New Jersey at the age of 13 to earn a graduate degree in business. This knowledge has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and effectively marketing the team’s listings. After living for many years in New Jersey, she currently resides in Hillside, NJ. She's fluent in Portuguese and Spanish.

Brenda has been working in New Jersey real estate for over 4 years and a half, recently licensed in Florida, and has specialized over this time working with sellers and first-time homeowners. Her clients often describe her as detail-oriented, proactive, knowledgeable, and fast with negotiations. Before pursuing her real estate career, Brenda worked as a sales manager for a car dealership company for 5 years. Her passion for helping the community achieve their Dream Home is what influenced her to join the real estate industry.

In her free time, Brenda enjoys spending time on the beach, riding her bike, hiking, and traveling.
